Unel Lloran is the man in charge of the situation; once the Spriggans are gone, I imagine he'll have the courage to step outside the bar, where I understand he's been hiding. Get moving.

Once you've beaten them back, find Unel Lloran and let him know.

They seem to come in waves. I think there's at least one of them out there now, and there will probably be more soon. When it looks like you've beaten them all back, find Unel Lloran. Odds are he's in the bar.
